Rostov-on-the Don is the port of five seas, a major industrial, scientific and cultural centre in the south of Russia, and important junction of transport ways. The business part of the city is located on the right bank of River Don, the left, so called "Leberdon", is the area of rest and entertainment. This city has its own specific spirit and mentality.
