Arrival by Airplane from Domodedovo (for the moment it is the most acceptable airport and its airfares are lowest) to Mineralyniye Vodi Airport. Transfer from Min.Vody to Kislovodsk. (1 hour drive along a picturesque mountaineous surroundings). No jams, Elbrus is visible and so on. Accomodation at “Intourist - Narzan” hotel. (Downtown, historical centre). Lunch at the hotel restaurant. Walking excursion in the Famous Kislovodk Park. Visiting “The Ring” mountain, Narzan Mineral Water drinking gallery, “The Fortress” historical museum”, observation platform with the unique look to Elbrus, the highest European peak of 5641 m), visiting “Nickolski” orthodox church. Kislovodsk park is unique, you can be lost there for days and not be sorry for that ! Dinner at a local restaurant “Mimino” with all the specialities of Caucasian cuisine.
2st day. Another Spa resort city (Pyatigorsk, Essentuki, Zheleznovodsk and what not) !
Breakfast in the hotel. Starting for some other near- lying town of Mineral Waters zone. 1 hours drive is the longest distance from the two upper ends – Minvody and Kislovodsk. There is an electric train constantly functioning. Essentucki, Pyatigorsk (the town of my college youth), Zheleznovodsk. Walking excursions in the town`s parks. Everything is very beautiful as all this is a heritage from Emperial Russian times. Visiting mineral waters springs at drinking galleries, the place where a famous Russian poet Mikhail Lermontov was shot at a duel, horse breeding factory, local wines producing factory and what so on. Return to the hotel in Kislovodsk. Free time.
3rd day. Home via Moscow, Krasnodar, St.Petersburg!
Breakfast. Checking out of the hotel, coming to MinVody airport, flight for Domodedovo.
OPTIONALLY: 160 km away from Kislovodsk, 4 hours drive with stopping, there is a mountain all Russian ski resort ”Dombay” (1600 km above the sea level). There one can be hosted for skiing actual from December till June with funiculars at height of 2300 – 3200 km.
